Less than three years after taking her first classical guitar lesson, Tara gave her debut recital of art songs for soprano and classical guitar, performing both as singer and classical guitarist. She has since made an annotated bibliography of all works for voice and guitar and in 2010 released her first album, Love Songs & Lullabies from Spain and South America for Soprano & Classical guitar.  Her second album L’Arte dell’Amore, A Collection of 17th & 18th Century Italian Songs for Soprano & Classical Guitar was released in December of 2012.
