Dorm Room & Meal Plan Reservations at Metropolitan State University
Dorm rooms at Metropolitan State University (MSU) will be available at Campus Village Apartments from June 20 - June 25, 2016. All guests must check out by the morning of June 26, 2016. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Any guests under the age of 18 MUST have a parent/guardian staying with them in a double or triple suite. There is a minimum 3-night stay per guest at Campus Village. Please find dorm layouts and amenities on the downloadable PDF form found HERE.

Housing check-in will be available at the front desk of Campus Village, located at 318 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80204.
Each unit comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a shared living space. Each bedroom has between 1-3 XL twin beds with dresser, table lamp, computer desk and chair. Living spaces include couch, chair, coffee table, end table, dining table and dining chairs.
Each guest will receive one thermal blanket, two sheets, one pillow, one pillowcase, two bath towels, one hand towel, and two washcloths. Linens will be delivered to the resident’s room prior to check-in. All linens should remain in the room after check-out.
A reminder that you will be using campus housing. Please be respectful of the campus housing quiet hours between 11pm - 8am.
While bed linens and towels will be provided, you will need to bring toiletries - soap, shampoo, etc. - with you.
The MSU campus is a No Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking campus. No personal overnight guests are allowed. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. GFA does not assume responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
LOST ACCESS CARDS
Any access cards that are lost or not returned upon check-out will be charged to the guest at the price of $20 per card.
A limited number of parking permits will be available from Campus Village on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking permits are nontransferable and permit placards must be visible and displayed in the front windshield area of the vehicle. All parking permits must be returned at checkout and charges may apply for replacement of lost permits. Cars parked in unauthorized areas and/or without a valid parking permit will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
If you purchased a meal plan, your GFA badge will have an orange sticker on it. You will need to show your badge upon entrance to the cafeteria to receive your meal. If you did not buy a meal plan, you can pay for a single meal when you enter the cafeteria.
BY PURCHASING A CONVENTION DORM AND/OR MEAL PLAN YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CAMPUS POLICY
Open containers of alcohol are not permitted in the hallways or other public areas of the Campus Village. Common source alcoholic containers in excess of three (3) gallons are prohibited and the sale of alcohol is prohibited. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside community gates only. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. If you are found in violation any of this term, a $150 smoking fine will be assessed for the first (1st) violation, doubling every time thereafter. Any violation is considered in default of your lease agreement, and may be subject to eviction. No personal overnight guests are allowed. No pets are allowed. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. GFA does not assume responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
Dorms cancellations will not be refunded after May 31, 2016.
