Airport Ground Transportation:  www.primetimeshuttle.com (Prime Time Shuttle).  Please Note: In the Drop Off Location field, instead of entering an address, select Cal State Fullerton from the list of schools.

By Car:  Convention activities will take place at the Clayes Performing Arts Center on the CSU Fullerton campus. The center is labeled CPAC on this map. Daily parking is available in the Nutwood Parking Structure for $8/day. Purchase parking passes at the entrance on Arts Center Drive.

Accommodations:

As there are a limited number of hotels in the vicinity of CSU-Fullerton, GFA encourages Convention attendees to take advantage of campus housing and meal plans. Accommodations at the GFA Convention will consist of rooms at a Residence Hall facility, as well as "Doubles” Apartments and "Singles” Apartments.

Housing will be available June 17 - June 25. All guests must check out the morning of June 26.

Residence Hall: Dorm-style living.  Four rooms share one common bathroom (2 sinks, 2 stalls, 2 showers)

Doubles Apartments: Double occupancy bedroom apartments housing up to 6 people (2 people per bedroom in three bedrooms).  There are two bathrooms.

Singles Apartments: Single occupancy bedroom apartments housing 2 people (1 person per bedroom in two bedrooms).  There are two bathrooms.

There is the option of purchasing a private room at any of the facilities. All facilities will be filled first-come, first served. Linens are provided and included in your room purchase price.

Meal Plan:

There is a meal plan available for GFA Convention Attendees at CSU-Fullerton’s "Gastronome”, available for $30 a day. The Gastronome serves three meals each day, and there is a wide variety of choices available daily, including vegetarian options.

Pricing (all prices are per day) and Reservations
Single Occupancy: One person per room
Double Occupancy: Two persons per room (you may specify a roommate if you wish when you purchase your room.

Reservation Deadline: Rooms MUST be reserved no later than Midnight Eastern Daylight Time, May 23, 2014.

Refunds: Refunds will be provided (less a $75 handling charge) through 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time, June 1, 2014. There will be absolutely no refunds after this date.

To reserve a room, click the link of the room you wish to reserve listed below. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. There will be no on-site residence hall reservations!

If you wish to add the meal plan to your order, click the "Continue Shopping" button, then click the "All Categories" button and click "2014 Convention". 

Residence Hall: Single Occupancy $65; Double Occupancy $35

Hotel Accommodations
 
GFA has secured a limited number of rooms at the Fullerton Marriott Hotel, 2701 East Nutwood Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92831, at the special rate of $119 per night. To make reservations at the Fullerton Marriott, please call 800/228.9290 or 714/738.7800 and mention the Guitar Foundation of America. Reservations must be made by May 30, 2014.
