MONTECITO INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL
An opportunity for guitarists from age 13 to adults to participate in an environment of exceptional musicians from around the world. The students will receive two hour-long lessons per week, two chamber music coachings, plus performance opportunities in the beautiful setting of Westmont College. Guitar ensembles and soloists are encouraged but only a limited number of guitar spots are available. Guitar lessons will focus on general musicianship, historical performance practice, technique and guitar ergonomics including the use of bio-feedback.
