This teacher training workshop is presented Cleveland Classical Guitar Society in collaboration with the expert music educators and trainers of Austin Classical Guitar and GuitarCurriculum.com, featuring active learning and practice teaching. CCGS is so excited to bring this workshop to the Cleveland area. Tracks are available for classroom music teachers (no previous guitar experience necessary) and for professional or aspiring professional guitarists who would like to expand their classroom training.

Topics
Training will focus on classroom guitar teaching for medium to large groups. Topics will include curriculum, repertoire, guitar essentials, conducting, rehearsal techniques, and more. A limited number of guitars are available for attendees who don’t have their own.
