I release The Long Center for the Performing Arts, Austin Classical Guitar Society, and the Guitar Foundation of America the organizers, their agents and employees from any and all claims, demands and causes of action on account of my injury, illness, or loss, which may occur during my participation in the GFA Convention 2010, June 22-27, 2010 in Austin, TX.

I understand that all registrants under the age of 18 at the time of the convention must be accompanied by a paid adult registrant for the duration of their stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notification for the Guitar Foundation of America Convention 2010 registration must be received in writing, to Jill Winchell, Operations Manager, and received no later than May 1, 2010. Cancellations received in writing before this date will be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 administrative fee, and minus any membership dues paid (membership is non-refundable). Cancellations received after May 1 are non-refundable.
